| 英文描述 | Common, usually due to STAPHYLOCOCCUS AUREUS, although other staphylococci can be involved. Signs vary from subclinical to mild mastitis, to life-threatening gangrene. Often a chronic problem with repeated incidents of abnormal milk. Dx by culture, but false-negative cultures are common with a single fresh milk sample and false positives can also occur. |
